The Role
As a Copywriter at Insight Timer, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that is making a difference in the world. The role will see you successfully articulate a consistent brand voice across all channels. This is a rare opportunity to develop your craft and challenge yourself creatively.

What you’ll do

Work closely with the Head of Communications and CEO
Write copy for app UI, website, enterprise platform, product marketing materials, and more
Be a sharp copyeditor for your own writing (and others, needed) and partner with designers across diverse projects to strengthen the narrative
Create unique and well-researched copy that aligns with Insight Timer’s voice and brand guidelines
Be quick with ideas and meeting proposal deadlines
Get your point across clearly in as few words as possible; less is more. You do this by understanding the voice needed to engage with our global community.

4+ years of copywriting experience
Educated in a creative, communications, or marketing-related discipline
You’ve worked in a marketplace before, specifically helping to launch a community/social product, edtech platform, or a fast-paced tech startup
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you’ll be working with several internal teams to bring your plans to life)
You have a portfolio of your work that you can share with us. Ideally, it includes a mix of brand marketing, advertising, and product-related projects
