About the Engagement Manager at Headspace:
Headspace for Work is an employee mental health solution for organizations that combines a popular, science-based application with a program fit for the enterprise. The Partner Engagement team engages our corporate partners to onboard their employee population, drive Headspace adoption, engagement and demonstrate ongoing value as we build more mindful workplace cultures. It works with the rest of the Headspace organization to uncover new ways to make Headspace a part of everyday life, to improve our product, and ultimately fulfill our vision of improving the health and happiness of the world.
As an Engagement Manager at Headspace, you will be responsible for creating and delivering experiences that inspire, guide and support employees, bringing Headspace to life within our partner organizations around the globe.
Location: Please note that this role is UK-based.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

    • You’ll deliver on-site and virtual presentations to new and existing ‘Headspace for Work’ Partners with the aim to drive Headspace adoption and engagement in their employee populations
    • You’ll deliver Headspace-themed training webinars for our global client base
    • You’ll create and deliver Headspace-designed leadership development workshops/programs
    • You’ll develop and deliver behaviour change initiatives to organisations to create authentic and lasting support for their employees’ wellbeing, performance and recovery
    • You’ll bring a passion for Headspace, mindfulness and workplace wellness to the process of making these experiences exciting, engaging and always on-brand
    • Your creativity and energy will mean that each experience is unique and continually improved to deliver the most inspiring support we can.  A curious and creative mind is crucial
    • You’ll be expected to support the Sales and Partner Success and ‘Headspace for Work’ teams in developing this area of the business
    • You care about the bottom line of improving client adoption, engagement and most importantly have a passion for improving the health and happiness of the world
    • Success metrics for this role will be tied to Partner renewals and presentation feedback ratings

What you’ve accomplished:

    • 5+ years background in client-facing positions driving engagement and adoption of programs, and delivering a high volume of trainings
    • Excellent public speaking and presentation (in-person and webinar) skills
    • A genuine skill for creating an engaging narrative and presentation experience
    • Experience working with senior leadership teams, specifically training and change management initiatives
    • Experience working in/with HR and wellness teams preferred
    • A clear passion for improving the health and happiness of organisations, and being able to communicate this in an authentic and engaging way
    • An extensive understanding of the Headspace product, content and brand is preferred
    • A flexibility to change and enjoying building and testing on the move
    • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action: continually asking how every process can be improved, always with the end user in mind
    • Domestic and international travel will be required for this role. A valid passport/visa is required.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English required, and additional languages advantageous (especially German, French)
    • Perform special projects as requested
