The person selected for this position will have a direct impact on the client experience and our evolving products and processes. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities

    • Work directly with clients and potential clients to understand their key challenges and how best to utilise pymetrics’ products for success
    • Work with our Customer Success team to ensure client success post contract and identify further opportunities for clients to benefit from our expanding suite of products
    • Create and deliver insights presentations to help organisations understand their workforce
    • Conduct scalable job analyses and communicate results to stakeholders
    • Design and deliver client impact studies, demonstrating the benefits pymetrics has been able to deliver
    • Work with our data science team to guide procedures and interpret outcomes for our clients
    • Assist in the development of new tools and processes as needed
    • Reinforce the company’s thought-leadership initiatives within the Organisational Psychology community

Requirements

    • Registered Psychologist with Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology
    • Experience consulting to clients and helping to create solutions to complex challenges
    • Experience in working in HR or consulting to HR functions
    • Positive, solution oriented mindset which seeks to understand the needs of clients with empathy, and devise client-friendly solutions
    • Understanding of statistical techniques, fairness testing and validation of assessments
    • Open-mindedness and excitement about improving the way “it’s always been done.”
    • Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
    • Comfort working with a global, virtual team
