Website Pymetrics

Using behavioral science-based assessments and machine learning algorithms, pymetrics is reinventing the talent industry by matching job-seekers with roles where they are most likely to succeed. We are leading the charge in an evolving industry, and growing our amazing team to support the mission of using data to unleash one’s full potential and remove bias from hiring and talent management.
pymetrics is seeking an experienced Organisational Psychologist to join our client facing team. No matter your role at pymetrics, you will face engaging challenges and become an integral part of bringing our vision to life. Instead of relying on resume data or traditional assessments, we apply data science approaches to reinvent the way that companies recruit, hire, and retain talent. pymetrics is thoughtful about utilising an approach that harnesses the power of machine learning while carefully avoiding adverse impact and documenting construct, content, and criterion-related validity. We are strongly committed to scientific rigor and developing the best possible selection algorithms optimised for accuracy and fairness.
