We’re looking for a Senior UA (User Acquisition) Manager to join our Growth team. As the Senior UA Manager, you will focus on driving the execution of our customer acquisition for Oura products. You will partner with the UA and broader Growth teams, and will be responsible for advertising on performance marketing channels with the objective to deliver ROI positive targets. You will mentor a growing team of UA Managers, and will have the opportunity to develop as a leader within the team.

What you’ll do:

Manage operations of performance marketing campaigns across key channels, including paid search, paid social, paid video, SEO, TV, and programmatic display
Experiment with testing new channels and new placements within channels. You’ll always be on the search for new opportunities to scale growth.
Keep track of your learnings in a centralized ledger – and communicate your data to the team
Partner with Business Intelligence team to continually analyze campaigns and to identify new tactics worthy of testing
Build a strong relationship with partners on our Creative team and ensure a healthy pipeline of creative content for channels you will own

Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing UA campaigns, preferably in the D2C space
Experience with analyzing the impact of performance marketing campaigns – and providing clear takeaways to spur further testing
Strong experience with Google Ads (SEM + YouTube) and Facebook Ads
Learning Quotient mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced environment
Ability to inform and influence decisions with strong communication skills
Ability to communicate data with ease (SQL experience is a plus)
Passionate about health tech and wearables
