Our team is a global bunch of conscious creators, passionate about building products that make a difference. With a global team of over 120 across 15 different countries. We are growing and scaling our Support Team in the Philippines. We are seeking full-time support agents.
Day to Day:
Answering English support questions to ensure that our meditators and teachers are utilising Insight Timer to its fullest potential.
Communicating effectively with the rest of the Support team and key internal stakeholders.
Managing ticket workflows and capturing the right information.
Achieve successful and delightful experiences for our meditators and teachers.
Take ownership of anything from small technical issues to escalated complex bugs and help our meditators and teachers from beginning to end.
Be part of a team that excels to create the best possible support experience for all stakeholders.
Additional administrative tasks as required.
Proficient in written and spoken English at an advanced business level.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy.
Have an in-depth understanding of human emotions and can connect with people easily.
High attention to detail, precision, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English).
Strong critical-thinking ability. You need to be able to read between the lines of a problem and provide the appropriate solutions.
You have a high sense of integrity and accountability.
Can work best in a cohesive team environment but also offers the latitude for independent judgement.
Experience in industries related to psychology, social work or writing is an amazing plus.
Access to consistent high speed internet and a reliable laptop device.
Previous support experience with an international firm is preferred.
