Ladana Edwards is a partner of Deloitte Central Europe working in the area of Future of Learning and Thriving@Work, where Leadership, Learning, Transformation and Wellbeing intersect. She is also the Co-Chair for TransTech Europe, a global non-profit organization whose mission is to support Human Flourishing through consciously created technology.
Ladana works with organizations exploring the “Edge” of Leadership, Learning and Transformation to build Learning Organizations. In a world of rapid change, organizational survival will depend on facilitating learning and development of individual members so that the organization can continuously transform itself. Ladana is also exploring how to leverage Immersive technology (VR/AR) as a tool for awareness and embodied learning, supporting the development of human capabilities needed for 21st century workforce.
Ladana is currently a student of California Institute of Integral Studies where she is working towards a PhD in Transformative Studies, and holds a Diploma from Cambridge in Psychologically Minded Coaching.
