Laura Thomas

Laura Thomas is the Founder and CEO of Effective to Great Education, an education technology research startup developing school community well-being solutions to advance social impact and education equity. Her interest in performance, intrapersonal and interpersonal development during her formative years cultivated her drive to support underserved school communities as a mentor, program designer and educational enrichment educator.

Currently Laura is the lead for the Transformative Technology Organization DC Chapter and the TT DEIA Pod. She also has a management consulting background.
